“Music Matters” is an exciting music educational journal produced by The Foundation For Music Education that is provided online, four times per year free of charge to subscribers. The genesis of this digital journal began with the suggestions and ideas from The Foundation For Music Education’s Board of Trustees. Additional fine tuning came from The Foundation’s Steering Committee of music educators. Content of the journal includes topical and pedagogical articles from prominent music experts, written for practicing teachers of band, choir, orchestra, and other music educators. The journal fulfills one of the goals of The Foundation For Music Education, which is to provide resources for hardworking music educators.
